    I have always struggled with my weight and found the last couple of years (COVID, personal issues) pushed it to a whole new level. I'm 5ft 5-ish and was starting to sit regularly at 13st 10lbs and I'd lost all sense of myself, confidence and self-esteem. I'd done weight watchers in the past and various diets here and there. Totally trapped in the cycle of lose a bit, put a bit back on. I needed something to click and felt hopeless when I read a recommendation on an online forum for your book. I ordered a copy at the end of May and read it in about two days. It made total sense and was the click in my brain I needed. I implemented your recommendations immediately (eating almost zero processed food, making from scratch, avoiding wheat and seed oils, etc) and the weight has fallen off. I've lost about 2 stone through, what feels like, minimal effort. My eating habits have totally changed and I feel great! Just tried on an old pair of jeans, that haven't seen the light of day in about 6 years, and they fit comfortably. I just wanted to say a huge thank you that your book and ideas really work.
